By calling our line, submitting our contact form, or using our SMS program, you agree to these terms.
SMS messaging program
When you opt in, Northwoods Call Company may send you text messages related to your inquiry, appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and customer-service replies. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, by texting us first, or by providing your number and agreeing during a call.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages in response to your requests and as part of any appointment or follow-up you have with us.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you by us or sent to us by you. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
Opting out and help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email us at the address below.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our service and messages only for lawful purposes. We may suspend or end service to any user who misuses it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Privacy
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information, including that mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
